I Understand how special your new spectacles are to you, and how excited you are to get them. So I send all of my deliveries by registered Australian Post, in Express satchel’s, registered to make sure that they get to you. I have decided to charge a simple flat rate for your convenience.

Easy Exchanges
In the event that there needs to be a change with your purchase, or a special repair. Your purchase can be sent to me at the below address. Please make sure you send it in a trackable package so we can both make sure it arrives safe and sound. All exchanges requests must be made within 7 days of receipt, by emailing me at eyewear@bychrissavage.net and frames must be returned undamaged to the below adress.
